September 28, 2008

The following statement was issued during a demonstration of bikers yesterday, September 27 at the Plaza Miranda, Manila against what many claim as blatant discrimination and violation of human rights by the Land Transportation Office and other governing bodies for issuing the administrative order (which like the MOA-AD, lacked consultation).
