The following statement was issued during a demonstration of bikers yesterday, September 27 at the Plaza Miranda, Manila against what many claim as blatant discrimination and violation of human rights by the Land Transportation Office and other governing bodies for issuing the administrative order (which like the MOA-AD, lacked consultation).

The fact that the LTO tried to impose this policy without properly coordinating with the DTI, along with not even listening to the riding public , is clear evidence of gross INCOMPETENCE at the highest management level of tghe LTO. Suansing should be FIRED.
