Join We Media and Ashoka’s Changemakers in the search to find the best new ideas for inspiring a better world through media and technology. The project dubbed, “The Power of Us: The $50K Media & Tech Challenge“, is in search for business and non-profit venture ideas and will award $50,000 in seed funding to the innovators who can bring the best ideas to life.
Greater Good Philippines has submitted an entry entitled, “Civic Media Inc. - leading civic and developmental citizen journalism in the Philippines“. You might want to check out this entry. If this idea, or any of the other entries, appeals to you, please nominate and vote for it.

One of the most important things we need today as a people is a beautiful way of looking at ourselves as Filipinos, a positive and healthy image of ourselves, a wonderful definition of ourselves as a people. Our children especially need to believe that there is greatness and beauty in us as a people and as a race.
So much beauty and greatness can spring from a beautiful mind and a faithful heart.
