Environmental Solutions for Everyday Life

June 4, 2010

Eco-sustainability is the wave of the future.  Corporations the world over are gradually adopting and implementing green initiatives to lower their carbon footprint.  And there are organizations solely dedicated to providing the world a better and cleaner future.

We need not look far to see these types of companies.  Right in our very backyard, one company is leading in providing “green solutions” to its Philippine-based customers.

Manhattan Green Solutions, an Environmental Division of PanManhattan Marketing Corporation, was conceived with utmost focus and thrust on providing clients with solutions to reduce or eliminate use of resources, thus reducing the carbon footprint.

It is in the deepest belief that companies, through Corporate Social Responsibility, find the need to take responsibility in choosing the right systems in better managing their carbon footprint.

Given this sincere initiative by companies, Manhattan Green Solutions was formed to help companies achieve this goal. We have intensively researched and tested our products, making sure that it meets all environmental standards, and that it goes beyond what is the regular baseline.

Dream Ball Project

June 2, 2010

There is no contesting that football is the most popular sport the world has ever seen.  Even non-profit organizations recognize the immense affection that the sport gathers from billions of people.  This is why NGOs work hard in using the sport to change lives.

From the Homeless World Cup’s Football Box, which primarily tackles sports training and education, we head on to a more grassroots approach to providing destitute youth the fun they deserve.  Here enters the Dream Ball Project.

To the children in The Third World; Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Somalia, Congo and etc, who cann’t enjoy football freely because of poverty, war and natural disaster, having a football means a lot and can be a dream and hope to escape from their poor life.

However, the children are so poor that they can not buy a football. So, they play football with the ball made of plastic bag or a coconut palm leaves Therefore, giving them thier own footballs which can give them hope, is our aim of this project.
